Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • By booking, the guest agrees they have read all the details about the property and agree to our terms and conditions.
  • Download the Latch App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit door code, including the communal door code that will work for the Lobby, Elevator, Gym, and Pool. The Latch app is required for use during your stay.
  • Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

  • This unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building; an elevator is available onsite.

  • GoodNight Stay LLC does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest whose primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.

  • All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.

  • Parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis in the covered parking garage on the premises.
  • If no garage spaces are available upon your arrival, or if you have extra vehicles, ample first-come, first-serve street parking is available.

  • Pool: Community pool is open seasonally, typically between the early spring months and the end of October from 10 AM to 10 PM at the discretion of the HOA. This year, the pool will be open on March 1st, 2025.
  • Gym: Onsite gym available; access via Latch app.
  • Luggage Holding Service: Complimentary service to hold your luggage for a designated period. Subject to Availability The luggage holding service is available from Monday - Sunday | 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. Oversized luggage exceeding 50 lbs. will not be accepted.
  • GoodNight Stay provides kitchen and bathroom starter amenities. Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablets, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters. Bathroom set is offered in each full bathroom and includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can. Two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom are provided. Additional items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.

  • Our location is in downtown Nashville, an urban area. Guests may encounter city sounds such as music, traffic, sirens, other tourists, and construction, as well as individuals seeking assistance from a nearby shelter. If you are sensitive to urban settings, please consider this before booking.
